  •  The Chew having me on their ‘You and the Chew’ Recipe Showdown. I was thrilled when my recipe won—watching Chef Michael Symon take a bite of my Carnitas Street Tacos and gush over their flavor was a pretty exciting moment!

  • That same taco recipe was featured on a Good Morning America segment with Gordon Ramsay. Also incredible!

  • My husband and I competed in a live cooking segment promoting Ayesha Curry’s show, Family Food Fight (Guess what? We won!!)

  • I’m now on Season 13 of The Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race, hosted by Tyler Florence. So much fun!

  • Diablo Magazine’s “Diablo Dish” wrote about me joining The Great Food Truck Race.
