Holiday Simmer Pot

Pot filled with water, Cranberries, apples, oranges, lemons, rosemary, sinnamon stick, anise

When it comes to the Holidays, I’m all about a Holiday Simmer Pot. I always love walking into a Williams-Sonoma during the holidays because it smells absolutely incredible—warm, cozy, and instantly festive. There’s something about those rich citrus notes, the hint of spice, and that slow-simmering aroma that makes you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and settle in for the season. Inspired by that magical feeling, I decided to create my own Holiday Simmer Pot so I could bring that same comforting fragrance into my home all season long. It’s an easy and natural way to make your space feel welcoming, especially when guests are arriving and you want the whole house to smell like holiday cheer.!

This Holiday Simmer Pot features all of my favorite aromatics—bright citrus, warming spices, and a touch of herbal freshness—coming together to create the perfect cozy blend. I love keeping a pot gently bubbling on the stovetop throughout the day while we entertain, cook, or simply enjoy a quiet winter moment at home. The scent fills every corner of the house and instantly sets a festive mood. This is one of my favorite holiday combinations, and I hope you love it just as much. May it warm your home, lift your spirits, and kick off your holiday season with comfort and joy!
